Job Description\
Key Responsibilities:\
  1. Manage the strategic oversight of warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and vision.
  2. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
  3. Set up layouts to ensure efficient space utilization.
  4. Develop and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
  6. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
  7. Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
  8. Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
  9. Experience in controlling inventory/FIFO/product expiry date in proper formula and format.
  10. Monitor the quality of services provided and receive feedback.
  11. Conduct stock takes.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, along with WSQ or equivalent certifications in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Logistics Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications\
Requirements:\
  1. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (minimum 3–5 years) leading teams in cold chain/cold room warehouse (-18°C) and logistics operations.
  2. Expertise in warehouse management procedures, cold chain best practices, and temperature-sensitive product handling.
  3. Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  4. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance monitoring.
  5. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and inventory databases.
  6. Knowledge of workplace safety, health and hygiene standards applicable to cold storage facilities in Singapore.
