Job Description:

As a Research Assistant in our esteemed College, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating research activities. This includes collaboration meetings, internal group discussions, overseas exchanges, and business trips. You will be responsible for making travel arrangements, ensuring seamless local and oversea travel.

You will oversee procurement activities, including raising Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders. Additionally, you will track and manage equipment ownership internally. Your duties will also include handling reimbursement, claims, and expenditure tracking.

Key to your success will be overseeing personnel management and coordination, such as recruitment, internship programs, and new student application processes. You will also assist in budget management for research projects, ensuring proper allocation and usage of funds. Furthermore, you will maintain the smooth operation of the research group and provide administrative support as needed.

Your work will also involve updating the group website/public presence with relevant information.
