Job Title: Senior IT Project Coordinator
This role oversees and coordinates the execution of specific projects, planning, organizing, and supervising resources to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Scope and Objectives: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Project Planning and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation
- Risk Management: Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, budget, and schedule requirements
- Progress Tracking: Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Degree Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure projects
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Certifications: PMP or other project management certifications will be an added advantage
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am to 6:00pm
