Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team in delivering high-quality, scalable healthtech solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and deployment of software projects using agile methodologies.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives and translate product and user requirements into clear technical specifications.

In addition, they will identify and resolve technical risks or challenges that could impact delivery timelines or product performance.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical background in full-stack software development and familiarity with modern development frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
