Digital Solutions Analyst

**Position Summary**
The Digital Solutions Analyst is responsible to assist in the implementation and support of digital solutions and SingHealth’s digitalization initiatives. He will work with, and support SingHealth institutions, div and depts in driving digital transformation activities. He will need a good understanding of SingHealth’s strategic clinical and business objectives, Digital Strategy, and MOH’s Digital Health Master Plan. He must possess technical and business skills to effectively work with tech and business teams.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Work with and support the Digital Solutions Director to implement digital solutions to support SingHealth's strategic clinical and business objectives, aligned with SingHealth's digital strategy and MOH's Digital Health Master Plan.
- Work collaboratively with Executives and Senior Leadership teams from all SingHealth institutions, MOH, IHiS and vendors to deliver their digitalization objectives.
- Adopt the digitalization project framework/methodology and its continuous refinements and ensuring Agile principles are applied consistently across all digitalization projects.
- Review business context for solutions to business requirements as well as collaborate with IT teams in the solutioning and implementation.
- Provide coaching and advisory to business users on new technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and Chatbots, etc. including:
- Conducting technology awareness sessions
- Discovery sessions on how the technology can be applicable
- Coaching clinics on how the technology can be adopted
- Provide support on implementation of new technologies as well as oversight of support services for these technologies.
- Manage both the business and technical teams in the implementation and support of digital solutions.
- Undertake any requests as required in alignment with SingHealth's Digital Strategy and digitalization initiatives.
**Requirements / Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management, and as a project lead for small to mid-scale digitalization projects employing modern methodology
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills and ability to work independently and with different groups of stakeholders
- Ability to identify problems and propose resolutions
- Experience in leading and delivering digital initiatives
- Good business acumen and interest towards forefront technology and digital initiatives in the industry with knowledge of modern technology stack
- At least 3 years relevant IT experience
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
