Job Title: Principal Building Structure Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Building Structure Designer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality building structure projects.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake detailed design in building structures to ensure compliance with local authority codes and regulations.
  • Lead project execution and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to provide technical support for design.
  • Obtain approval of designs and drawings through effective checking processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive design reports and participate in meetings to resolve technical issues.


Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
  • Demonstrate well-rounded knowledge of local authority codes and regulations.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant building structure experience, preferably in civil engineering.
  • Have a track record of involvement in large-scale building (HDB/ Condominium/ Commercial) structural design projects.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing and designing PPVC, Precast, and concrete structures, as well as steel structures.
  • Be familiar with various engineering design software and analytical tools.
  • Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for the Engineer role.
