About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage warehouse operations effectively, ensuring seamless coordination with production teams, material suppliers, and logistics partners.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
- Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize storage capacity
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and oversee quality control processes
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Forklift license and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
