1. Inventory Management
  • Receiving Goods: Inspecting, counting, and recording incoming shipments.
  • Stock Management: Ensuring accurate stock levels and updating inventory records.
  • Cycle Counting: Conducting periodic inventory checks to identify discrepancies.
  • Storage Organization: Allocating storage space efficiently based on product type, size, and demand.
2. Order Fulfillment
  • Picking and Packing: Retrieving items for orders and preparing them for shipment.
  • Shipping Coordination: Preparing shipping labels, arranging carriers, and dispatching goods.
  • Quality Assurance: Verifying the accuracy and condition of orders before shipment.
3. Equipment Operation
  • Operating machinery like forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move goods.

4. Warehouse Organization
  • Maintaining clean and orderly workspaces.

8. Continuous Improvement
  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • Adopting new technologies to streamline operations.
  • Monitoring KPIs like order accuracy, lead time, and inventory turnover.
