Senior Business Development Manager for Investment Banking and Asset Management

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Institutional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding business footprints within the investment banking and asset management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to build enduring partnerships with investment banks, asset managers, and similar financial institutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect identification to deal closure, with a focus on complex negotiations.
- Engage in sophisticated discussions with senior decision-makers, leveraging expertise in traditional finance and the evolving crypto landscape to highlight platform advantages.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in high-performance sales or business development roles within investment banking or asset management.
- An established network within the investment banking and asset management community.
- Understanding of financial markets, with familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 concepts advantageous but not essential.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic tech-forward environment alongside industry veterans from both crypto and traditional finance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with blockchain technologies or digital asset management.
- Previous roles involved scaling sales in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
