Senior Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) uplift program. This role will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale initiatives focused on enhancing AML workflows.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a key role throughout the delivery lifecycle, particularly during analysis, design, and testing phases. They will also provide support to the Project Manager as needed.

  • Lead business requirements elicitation and manage project scope
  • Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across the program
  • Provide support to the Project Manager as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in the banking industry
  • Extensive experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, and Data/Analytics
  • Proven expertise in managing senior stakeholders and delivering enterprise-scale banking projects
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications, especially Tookitaki and Quantexa
  • Strong communication skills and proactive leadership
