Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Murex upgrade program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the project, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, and completion. They will also foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program.
  • Project execution and management.
  • Stakeholder communication and relationship building.
  • Risk and issue identification and mitigation.
  • Status updates to stakeholders.
  • People and resource management.
  • Governance setup and tracking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 15 years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • 6+ years of experience in Murex Project Management and Program Management.
  • A strong understanding of Murex Architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in at least one Murex Module (MxML and Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office).
  • Good understanding of Tri-party dependencies and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience handling at least one Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.), and Scrum certification.
