Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an accomplished early childhood educator to lead our infant/preschool English & Chinese teaching program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that foster self-directed learning and holistic development in young children.
  • Create engaging, interactive teaching materials and activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that enhance student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably with infants and preschoolers.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children, with a commitment to their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
