Maternity Care Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Maternity Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide expert maternal and infant care advice, emotional support, and personalized service to postpartum mothers.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with mothers.
  • You will conduct assessments of newborns, including vital signs and respiratory checks, and support with daily care tasks such as feeding, bathing, and diaper changing.
  • A strong rapport with clients is essential, as you will offer high-quality service and create a warm, comforting environment for both mothers and newborns.
  • You will also educate parents on postpartum and newborn care, including feeding techniques, milestones, safety practices, and monitor client learning progress.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare and possess exceptional administration skills. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and excel in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
