**Job Title:** Senior Plant Operations Manager

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned Technical Director to lead our Technical Engineering Section. This pivotal role requires an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing teams and driving exceptional results.

  • The successful candidate will take charge of plant equipment and facility Preventive Maintenance (PM), manage the closing of work requests, support equipment modifications, and plan SDM schedule and activities.

  • The individual will be responsible for workplace safety and health activities in the Technical Engineering Section (TES).

  • They will lead and manage equipment related Exceptional Case Report (ECR) reduction and timely closures.

  • The selected candidate must ensure full compliance with MS Control Systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, with experience managing teams.
  • Familiarity with ISO certification processes.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage tasks, resources, and manpower effectively.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Solid knowledge of chemical plant operations and safety (ESH) regulations.
