Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience



Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and teaching labs and practice modules to our students. You will also mentor students in their Capstone Projects and the Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP), providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey. Additionally, you will lead or co-lead innovation projects with industry partners, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and growth.



You will manage labs and equipment to support academic programmes and applied research, ensuring that they are well-maintained and up-to-date. Safety is a top priority, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all lab activities are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.



Requirements:

  • A good degree in Radiography or a related field; Masters, PhD, and/or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous
  • At least 10 years of working experience in an acute, community, or other clinical rehabilitation setting, with a strong technical background in Radiography
  • Possess clinical experience and competence in Radiography, with expertise in general radiography or other areas of specialization (e.g., MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Angiography, and Fluoroscopy)
  • Knowledge and experience in working with simulated healthcare environments and educational manikins will be advantageous
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of industry practices to bring industry perspective to SIT
  • Keen interest in innovation projects, with demonstrated ability in developing solutions to technical problems
  • Strong supervisory skills and enjoy working closely with students in an educational environment
  • Demonstrate proficiency in keeping abreast of developments in the field and pursuing professional certification programs; industrial certifications in relevant areas will be an added advantage
