Job Description

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead a team to drive production excellence. Your expertise in equipment manufacturing and strong leadership skills will enable you to oversee daily shift operations, ensure timely completion of production plans, and maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Oversee daily shift operations, resource planning, and team management.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth production handovers and enforce discipline within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field is preferred, but relevant experience can compensate for formal education. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical environment within the capital equipment or manufacturing industries is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising highly skilled technicians and driving continuous improvement projects.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience managing a highly skilled technician workforce.
  • Hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing, including mechanical and electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
