Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Excellence Manager to lead our production planning and execution efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and team leadership.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective production plans to meet output targets, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize machine utilization.
  • Analyze daily production operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting delivery schedules.
  • Design and implement integrated systems for materials flow, production processes, inventory control, and human work factors.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class performance on cycle time and delivery metrics.
  • Serve as primary manufacturing contact for in-line planning and production control activities.
  • Develop forecasts for production logistics, direct and indirect materials to ensure production readiness.
  • Monitor current resource inventory levels and ensure sufficient supplies for fluctuating demands.
  • Identify bottleneck areas and collaborate with support groups to address constraints.
  • Maintain a safe work environment through regular inspections and corrective actions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Applied Sciences, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes capacity planning, automation, scheduling, and efficiency improvement.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including compressed night shifts.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills to motivate and coordinate team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic coding skills desired.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in demanding environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
