Service Quality Manager
As a Service Quality Manager, you will oversee the Food and Beverage department to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality while controlling costs. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and operations to drive business success.
The role requires leadership skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills to interact with staff and management effectively.
- Manage food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and cost control.
- Oversee inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the food outlet area and prepare food items as required.
- Implement FIFO procedures and monitor cleaning rotation schedule.
- Ensure excellent customer service from F&B staff and adherence to service standards.
- Implement safety and general procedures outlined in company policy.
- Assist with cash handling and finance procedures.
- Tighten stock control and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in Food and Beverage is desirable.
- Proficient in POS cash register software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to lift/carry supplies/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
