Job Description

Our team seeks a skilled Reliability Engineer to lead the enhancement of our railway infrastructure system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a solid understanding of diagnostics and reliability engineering methods.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading workflow effectiveness and efficiency improvement of inspection, maintenance, and other supplementary activities
  • Conducting defect troubleshooting, failure analysis, reliability trending, and engineering studies
  • Developing solutions to problem statements identified
  • Providing technical advice to team members and resolving complex issues pertaining to railway infrastructure and frontline engineering train faults
  • Engaging and managing contractors and stakeholders to ensure achievement of operating standards and quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Previous railway system experience advantageous
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Adept with diagnostics and reliability engineering methods
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in Python and MATLAB advantageous
