Job Description

This role will sit within our IT Operations Division – Systems Management team. Our primary focus is on designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based systems and infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) for Critical Information Infrastructure (CII). We strive to ensure compliance, service uptime, quality, and resilience of Windows platforms through Day 2 Operations.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Windows-based systems and infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
  • Ensure compliance and service uptime of Windows platforms through Day 2 Operations
  • Execute migrations from existing Windows platforms to newer versions or cloud-based solutions
  • Implement continuous improvements to reduce toil and optimise performance
  • Develop and manage automation scripts and PowerShell modules to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clear communication, comprehensive documentation, and regular reporting on system status and projects

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a relevant university degree and at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Proven experience in Windows system administration and engineering, particularly with Windows Server and associated technologies, is essential.
