Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing from entry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Coordinate between customers, sales team, and production department.
  • Process orders and arrange production.
  • Ensure timely order processing and follow up on shipment schedules.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / ITE Diploma / Nitec or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required, Chinese/Malay an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in Odoo ERP system is a great advantage.
  • Must be well-mannered, a team player, able to multitask, and like challenges.

  • Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5:50pm.
  • Friday: 8am - 4:50pm.
