Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Supervisor to lead our team in the design, installation, and maintenance of ACMV systems. The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ACMV systems, including shop drawings and calculations for client approval.
Manage ACMV system calculations, including pressure loss calculation, static pressure calculation, fan selection, cooling load calculation, and CMH calculation.
Design and develop ACMV equipment B0 electrical load calculation, shop drawing, and control strategies.
Lead project execution of ACMV installation and relevant minor electrical work, including attending technical and design meetings, supplier and subcontractor meetings, and customer calls.
Ensure projects are completed on time, which may involve night shift duties if required.
Act immediately to complete tasks in case of worker or site engineer absence by working closely with site managers and engineers.
Requirements:
Possess a degree/diploma/ITI in electrical/mechanical engineering/structural/architecture and related discipline.
Experience with private or public residential/commercial projects would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects, Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit.
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Good attitude, good communication skills, and good team player.
Min 5 years of engineering experience and at least 3 years of experience in ACMV system design, supply, installation, including associated minor electrical installation skills.
Possess driving license.
Possess certified in occupational first aid + certified in CPR+AED course.
