Job Title: Marketing & PR Executive / Senior Executive

At FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & PR Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, as well as supporting public relations campaigns to enhance the company's image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the implementation of public relations campaigns to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Help craft engaging stories for our brands and campaigns, writing PR releases and organizing media events.
  • Support in managing crisis communications effectively, if necessary.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEM, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, adjusting as needed.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends and contribute to the application of best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant marketing content assets for both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Assist in maintaining consistency in brand messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Support in community management of social media channels.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide support during events to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support in utilizing analytics tools to gather data and contribute to reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated efforts in achieving marketing goals.
  • Efficiently manage relationships with agencies and vendors for marketing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Help manage allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.
  • Uphold the company's corporate governance, workplace practices, and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, especially for events and roadshows.
  • Embrace additional duties assigned by management, displaying your adaptability and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of website analyses, digital ad serving tools, and familiarity with digital media consumption habits on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Enthusiastic learner (including the area of Generative AI), self-motivated, and adept at thriving within tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
  • Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and synergy.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring meticulousness in all endeavours.
  • Demonstrate maturity, resourcefulness, and the ability to think strategically.
  • Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying impactful messages.
