The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our company's brand and accelerating sales through successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to promote our products and services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and create targeted campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and activities to generate leads with the most effective tactics.
  • Conceptualise, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, e-newsletters, print collateral, presentations, and website content.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing communications materials.
  • Manage the production process from concept to completion, including coordinating with stakeholders when necessary.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communications and design.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across our digital and social media platforms.
  • Manage conferences and events to sustain our brand awareness in the industry across our presence in exhibitions, conferences, and seminars with coordination between external and internal stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications or related field of study.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years working in a B2B marketing communications role, preferably in a technology-related field.
  • Technology-savvy with experience in digital and social media skills, especially SEO and SEM campaigns, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication (written and verbal) skills across various levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent marketing tactical abilities and campaign management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Strong coordination skills, persistence, creative problem-solving, and self-motivation.
  • Able to travel and work across the region.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for junior roles.
