Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement and contract administration on our construction projects.
The successful candidate will ensure all site services adhere to organisational policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing purchasing reports, material receipts, and acknowledgements to support internal reporting by senior construction management.
- Implement and maintain documentation systems and administrative processes to enhance site efficiency and stakeholder service delivery.
- E nsure all procurement and administrative activities comply with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate the timely provision of scaffolding, waste management, and other site services within defined parameters.
- Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and processing of construction contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, amendment tracking, and appropriate approvals.
- Support site management activities through effective contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
This is a challenging role that requires strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration practices, as well as experience in site coordination within the construction projects. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
