Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Advisor to join our team.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze operating revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure to ensure alignment with budget and funding sources.
  • Collaborate with divisions and project teams on monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and revised budget submissions.
  • Provide financial insights to business units for timely decision-making and review financial matters for funding requests and project reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification with at least 3 years of experience in Finance roles.
  • Presentation and communication skills: Excellent storytelling ability to effectively communicate business narratives and influence stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills: Strong ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and communicate across all levels.
  • Work ethic and adaptability: Positive attitude, meticulous, and capable of handling large data sets.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in Workday, dashboarding tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); programming knowledge is an advantage.
