Job Title: Vehicle Support Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to assist our senior technicians in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with inspections, servicing tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements, ensuring the proper use and maintenance of tools and workshop equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior technicians in conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs of vehicles.
  • Perform basic servicing tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and workshop equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with workshop standards.
  • Record and update service and repair logs accurately.
  • Support test-driving of vehicles after service to ensure proper functioning.
  • Perform other workshop-related duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance or repair.
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Relevant certification (ITE/WSQ/technical training) is an advantage.
