Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to oversee Fund Administrative activities, including Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Client Expenses. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of NAVs, resolving complex fund accounting issues, and maintaining high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform oversight functions and adhere to governance and control procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of NAVs.
- Assist clients in resolving complex fund accounting issues and other fund administration matters.
- Review interim and annual financial statements and liaise with clients and external auditors to resolve audit queries.
- Maintain high-quality client service and build professional relationships.
- Prepare and participate in internal service review meetings on Fund Administrative functions.
- Conduct projects and assignments as assigned by the Fund Administration Manager.
- Assist in designing and implementing internal audit practices and procedures.
- College or University degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Related industry qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of fund administration experience, with at least 2 years of fund reviewer experience.
- Experience with fund documentation and/or internal and external service level agreements review.
- Knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and/or US GAAP.
- Knowledge of Singapore Fund Management regime, Singapore VCC, and Cayman Islands fund structures.
- Language proficiency in English (required), Mandarin language proficiency highly regarded.
