Senior Android Application Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications using Java/Kotlin and React Native, as well as the Android SDK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices for code organization, version control, testing, and deployment automation to ensure high-quality and reliable software solutions.

Key responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices, performing code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and maintainability.

In addition, the successful candidate will troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have proven experience in Android application development using Java/Kotlin with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

A strong proficiency in the Android SDK, architecture components, and best practices for building Android applications is also essential.

Other key qualifications include excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices, as well as experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and continuous integration.
