Business Development Role for Relationship Managers

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Business Development Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the financial needs of SMEs and high-net-worth individuals by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including SMEs and high-net-worth individuals
  • Identify client needs and provide personalized financial services
  • Conduct onboarding, know-your-customer (KYC), and risk assessments in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior Relationship Managers to structure financing proposals and investment solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and reviews
  • Support cross-selling efforts and identify upsell opportunities
  • Resolve client queries promptly and coordinate with internal teams as needed
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in relationship management, banking, or client advisory roles
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and deliver timely follow-ups
  • Experience in SME or lending-related portfolios is beneficial
