Embedded Software Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coding skills, with a strong background in firmware/software development. As an Embedded Software Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing software for execution on custom-designed embedded systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain software solutions that meet the requirements of our products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coding, functionality testing, and troubleshooting of firmware/software modules
- Collaborating with development teams to create and design software for embedded systems
- Preparing and updating project documentation deliverables, such as functional specifications and system documents
- Providing technical support to users on all system-related enquiries
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Proven experience with C/C++/MFC, Linux Kernel/driver, SQL databases, writing and optimizing queries
- Experience in C#, Visual Studio, IIS, SQL, web services, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, XML is advantageous
- Strong understanding of software development principles, agile methodologies, and version control systems
