**Job Title:** Senior Quality Professional

The Quality Assurance Director oversees the company's quality management system, ensuring manufacturing plants meet international and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications that align with industry best practices.
  • Review customer requirements and ensure they are met through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work with procurement teams to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
  • Set standards for quality and health and safety that promote a positive work environment.
  • Evaluate manufacturing or production processes against international and national standards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to define quality procedures that drive business results.
  • Establish and maintain quality controls and documentation procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor company quality performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze team performance, identifying areas of weakness and recommending improvements to optimize business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Precision Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in plastic injection manufacturing is preferred.
  • Able to perform internal and external auditing related to ISO system requirements.
  • Knowledge in Supplier Management to ensure seamless relationships with external partners.
  • Familiarity with quality Management Standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 13485.
  • Understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, and GR&R principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs to support administrative tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the project team towards shared goals.
  • Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
