Transforming Operations with Intelligence

Micron is seeking a highly motivated F10 Operation Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Operation Intelligence team, you will be responsible for innovating through scheduling systems, simulation solutions, and data analytics insights that guide and execute critical decisions in the fab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fab scheduling and simulation solutions to plan and make critical decisions for the production line.
  • Develop high-quality data analytics that provide insights and drive actions to enable the team to make informed decisions.
  • Explore new frontier ideas, concepts, and technology and apply them to Micron to enable breakthrough solutions.
  • Design and coordinate projects with multiple departments to identify optimization opportunities and deliver solutions.
  • Apply industrial engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling, and production planning.
  • Work with the management team to develop applications to continuously improve production metrics.

Requirements:

  • Drive to make a difference and passion to explore new frontiers.
  • Proactive and collaborative in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic, and able to work independently.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, or a related field of study.
  • Proficiency in basic programming skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming, database technologies, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools are a plus.
