Job Summary

The Strategic Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for driving the compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial results across various entities in the America region. This includes full P&L analysis, review of financial trends, forecast, budget, and CAPEX. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Strategic Financial Planning Analyst. As a key member of the FP&A function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Manager, Global FP&A by driving the compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial results across various entities in the America region.
  • Develop and implement methodologies and processes for compiling global costs and executing cost allocation to selected entities.
  • Analyze past trends by drilling down to details and identify causes of deviation based on financial data submitted.
  • Support the development, implementation, preparation, and analysis of various management reports for senior global management.
  • Collaborate with Group Accounting team in the analysis of month-end financial reporting.
  • Support Senior FP&A Manager by compiling, analyzing, and identifying improvement areas for periodic financial reports and presentation material for shareholders and board meetings.
  • Develop, design, implement, and look for continuous improvement in sales and marketing reports, profitability reports, revenue reports, and other KPI reports in Jedox and BPC.
  • Participate in global projects and initiatives related to P&L.

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting or its equivalent.
  • At least 8 years' FP&A experience, with minimum 4 years in costing.
  • Hands-on experience in production-oriented business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP and SAP Business Warehouse an advantage).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous approach.
  • Fluent in business English. Spoken proficiency in Mandarin or other languages will be an advantage.
