Financial Analysis & Reporting:Oversee reporting, forecasting, and planning activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across country offices. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and variance analyses.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with multiple departments to solve complex issues, drive change, and support business objectives through data-driven insights.
Business Development & Strategy Support:Identify growth opportunities, coordinate action plans, and communicate them effectively across departments to support execution.
Strategic Financial Support:Assist with business case simulations, potential business assessments, and cash flow forecasting to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
Insightful Reporting:Prepare strategic communication documents and presentations for senior leadership, including monthly and annual cash flow statements, group consolidated management accounts, and profit and loss forecasts.
Operational & Financial Oversight:Analyze subsidiary management accounts to align with group objectives and identify potential financial or operational risks.
Additional Responsibilities:Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to support the broader finance and strategic functions.Requirements:
At least more than 2 years in similar capacity
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven analytical abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Power Point and Excel for financial modeling and simulations.
Ability to conceptualize and create impactful strategic communication documents.
