  • Maintain strong relationships with mall partners to increase footfall and brand visibility.
  • Create engaging social media content and manage community interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management:
    • Collaborate with various teams for product registration, import, and other functions.
    • Establish forecasts by product and monitor performance.
  • Brand Development:
    • Localise brand communication strategy and marketing plans.
    • Drive brand preference and build equity through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Work closely with social media agencies to manage day-to-day community engagement.
    • Create localised content for special occasions and promotional activities.
  • Public Relations and KOL Management:
    • Coordinate campaigns and liaise with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
    • Manage product seeding and track coverage.
  • Others:
    • Process invoices and generate consultation reports related to brand marketing expenses.
    • Prepare marketing reports, market analysis, pricing analysis, and competitor analysis reports.
