The Business Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Corporate Management - Office & Facilities Management team, ensuring smooth backend operations for the Singapore Red Cross Society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Support: Assist in managing office assets, tracking stationery and pantry orders, and maintaining general upkeep of the office.
- Administrative Support: Record official travels, track contract renewals, process monthly bills, and assist with procurement of general office supplies.
- Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks and provide general administrative support as required.
- Additional Tasks: Participate in society events, cover banking and reception duties, and work closely with admin volunteers.
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in general administrative duties.
- Good knowledge of G-Suite, proficiency in MS Office applications, and excellent organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $4,500 - $6,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be a responsible, dedicated, and hardworking individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
