We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Associate Executive. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our organization's success.
About the Role:
This 6-month contract position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As a Temporary Associate Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks including creating and updating customer master records accurately and efficiently, preparing invoices, reconciling AR Ledger vs General Ledger, and managing credit card collections effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and update customer master records accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare invoices for non-patient and record miscellaneous receipts promptly.
- Reconcile AR Ledger vs General Ledger and manage credit card collections effectively.
- Receive and write off bad debts in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding bills from corporate accounts and verify statements of account.
- Compute professional fees for inpatient billing accurately.
- Verify Medisave transactions, submit, and support related queries efficiently.
- Handle enquiries from clients professionally and effectively.
- Assist in system integration matters as required.
- Prepare journals and audit schedules diligently.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have at least a Min A Level or Diploma qualification and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. You must also possess organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented qualities with good communication skills.
