Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for families? Our swim academy is on the lookout for a Customer Service & Enrolment expert who's ready to drive enrollments and provide exceptional service to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly point of contact for parents and students through various communication channels.
  • Share information about our programs, values, and what makes us unique.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Help families sign up and get excited to start their swim journey.
  • Ensure smooth operations with admin support – trial bookings, payments, and registrations.

We're seeking a people person with excellent communication skills, confidence, approachability, and a passion for helping others. If you're self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable juggling tasks while staying organised, we'd love to hear from you
