Your Role
In this role, you will be part of a tight-knit and highly productive team that designs and operates the systems and processes that reconcile trades with brokers and counterparties. Your responsibilities will include working closely with our Post Trade and Accounting teams to research corporate actions, maintain commissions programs, and track costs incurred by our trading operations. You will also be responsible for documenting complex processes, onboard new traders into existing technology and platforms, reconciling daily position, cash and PnL breaks, coordinating with both internal and external parties, and maintaining and updating commission structures across all markets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Physics, Math, Finance, Chemistry, etc.
- 2-4 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with command-line text manipulations in UNIX operating systems (we use Linux).
- Experience in Python.
- Willingness to work with a product without an industry standard and an understanding of forks, proof-of-work vs. proof-of-stake, and other trading and digital assets-related features.
