We're seeking a talented Sales Operations Senior Leader to join our global team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.

Job Description:

">
  • Collaborate with vertical and commercial teams to define and implement sales strategies that achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.">
  • Create sales forecasting input to improve accuracy and help with budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.">
  • Define, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for assigned area of responsibility.">
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)">
  • Ten (10) years of experience in demand generation roles (sales, marketing, or sales operations) in a private, public, government or military environment">
  • Business and financial acumen, as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience across the Marketing to Order and specifically CRM processes">
  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Business & Functional Leaders">
  • Experience in transformational projects possibly related to Business Transformation & IT">
  • Demonstrated ability to strengthen organizations, bring customer needs to life and effectively motivate and energize teams">
  • Project management skills">
  • Advanced influence, collaboration, and communications skills across countries and cultures">
  • Operating with a sense of urgency and bias towards action to drive growth">
