Key Responsibilities
  • Issue spare parts to meet customer demands
  • Update bin cards and monitor spare quantities to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Raise indents for spare parts and monitor monthly PM kits indents
  • Maintain optimal store temperature and humidity levels
  • Monitor shelf life of all spare parts to prevent obsolescence
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to manage delivery orders and purchase orders
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Material Control Officer
  • Monitor and control monthly spending budgets allocated by the Operations In-Charge
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical skills
  • Knowledge of 5S, KAIZEN, and Just-In-Time methodologies
  • Primary/Secondary School/GCE 'O' or 'N' levels, Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree
