**Job Title:** Environmental Health Specialist
Job Description
- The primary responsibility is to develop and execute EHS programs that significantly improve environmental, health, and safety performance. This includes ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- In this role, you will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with manufacturing operations.
- Program management involves developing strategic plans to enhance EHS performance, conducting regular inspections, and monitoring permits and licenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification: Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (RWSHO).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant EHS experience in a manufacturing environment for degree holders and minimum 4 years for diploma holders.
- Desired Skills: Strong skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
