Job Title: Healthcare Operations Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Healthcare Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively addressing issues in patient care and vendor liaison, while assisting with daily administrative operations.

  • Patient Services Duties:
  • Answer telephone calls, schedule patient appointments, and respond to queries about the clinic.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate patient data records, provide guidance on basic clinical procedures, and assist with patient health insurance claims.
  • Manage internal and external communications, arrange hospital admissions and services, and mediate between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Oversee inventory management, order stock and supplies, and maintain clinic equipment.

Clinical Support Duties:

  • Dispense medications, provide financial counseling, and chaperone doctors during consultations.
  • E nsure the safety and cleanliness of premises and consultation rooms, and sterilize medical equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O'Levels or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills to ensure quality services
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work weekends
