Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Derivatives Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our derivatives product initiatives from inception to execution. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving product growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with our company's strategic priorities.
  • Define product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of derivatives products and features.
  • Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product development to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competitive landscape in the derivatives market.
  • Utilize data analytics and user insights to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and drive business growth.
  • Ensure derivatives products comply with regulatory requirements and risk management standards, working closely with our legal and compliance teams.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features within the derivatives product line.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a focus on derivatives products.
  • Strong domain knowledge in various investment asset classes and derivatives instruments, such as options, futures, and swaps.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results.
  • Data-informed work style with a compassionate approach to user needs.
  • Passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles related to derivatives trading.
  • Humility in work and collaboration with others.
