Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inspecting raw materials, conducting periodic checks on Work-In-Progress (WIPs), and retaining finished product samples for analysis. Additionally, they will be responsible for assisting QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action responses, and audits.

  • Able to provide guidance and coaching to laboratory technicians.
  • Inspect all incoming raw materials for compliance with current standards.
  • Conduct periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs.
  • Retain finished product samples from production for checks and analysis.
  • Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer complaints.
  • Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification, and change control.
  • Maintain Product Quality and Technical Files.
  • Write technical papers or reports, prepare standards and specifications for processes, products, or tests.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance and control.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
