Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud offerings, IT services, and solution pitching.

  1. Collaborate with sales teams as the primary technical lead throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
  2. Present and demonstrate cloud-based software solutions to customers, aligning them with customer objectives both remotely and on-site.
  3. Guide prospective customers through their evaluation and selection process, ensuring clear communication and support.
  4. Build custom environments as Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate how cloud solutions address customer needs.
  5. Assist in writing proposals (RFIs/RFPs) that showcase how cloud solutions deliver value and return on investment.
  6. Serve as the customer advocate and liaison to product management and development teams.
  7. Help sales teams understand customer business objectives to best align technologies with business needs.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key customer advocates to drive long-term solution adoption.
  9. Develop a customer vision for how cloud solutions can enhance operations, reduce costs, and increase business agility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the tech industry.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
  • Advanced business and technical communication skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Strategic thinker with a sales-driven mentality to help close deals using technical knowledge.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
