As a skilled Coffee Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently greet customers, process orders and payments through the point-of-sale system
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food options in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain daily routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and stations in accordance with SOP
  • Perform inventory checks on products and ingredients to ensure accurate ordering
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items based on insights from customer preferences
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service expertise to build strong relationships with customers
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive learner and team player who contributes positively to the success of the business
