Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations department and drive its efficient operation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, and demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities include handling guest telephone and email inquiries, improving the guest experience score, offering room types and price inclusions, upselling effectively, managing group block activities, tracking sales and promotions, and providing feedback to Sales & Marketing departments.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for communicating rates, monitoring call quality, and managing forecast, pick-up and actual revenue data. They will also manage and maintain Opera Cloud PMS and Synxis CRS for rate loading, close-out and open-up dates, rate restrictions, occupancy monitoring, overbooking management, and inventory control.
