TikTok Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled social media content creator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our TikTok channel, focusing on engaging, authentic, and entertaining content that resonates with our local audience.
  • Showcase our homeware and kitchenware products effectively through various content formats, such as product demonstrations, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily TikTok content, ensuring a consistent and high-quality posting schedule.
  • Analyze performance metrics, including views, likes, followers, engagement rate, livestream attendance, and sales conversion.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop creative video ideas, scripts, and storyboards that highlight product features and benefits, showcasing our brand's unique value proposition.
  • Host and coordinate regular livestream shopping events, demonstrating products clearly and persuasively to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, algorithm, and trending content formats.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Charismatic on-camera presence and natural storytelling ability.
  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
